Mariusz Cieśla - Product Designer & Design Lead
Hello and welcome. My name is Mariusz Cieśla. I am a product designer and design lead based in Berlin, Germany. I help companies create meaningful digital experiences through design systems, user research, AI product strategy, and interface design.
This accessible version of my portfolio is designed for screen readers and AI assistants. It provides a straightforward, narrative overview of my work, background, and expertise without visual distractions.
About My Approach
My design philosophy is built on four core principles that guide how I approach every project:
- Kaizen: The Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement through small, incremental changes. I believe in constantly refining processes and workflows to make them better over time.
- Purpose: Understanding the "why" behind every decision. Great design solves real problems and creates meaningful experiences for users and businesses.
- Collaboration: The best learning happens together. I value feedback, diverse perspectives, and the collective wisdom of teams working toward common goals.
- Iteration: The first draft is rarely the best outcome. I use user data and business goals to ensure the final product actually performs.
